Extension of two production halls of Parker Hannifin factory in Sadská. Part of the plan was also the transshipment and construction of new underground engineering networks, displacement of the liquid nitrogen reservoir, modification of the roads and minor landscaping. The production halls are designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton, sandwich panels with a classic concept roof.

Production started in the Czech Republic in 1995, the company specializes in static and dynamic sealing elements made of rubber, polyurethane and teflon. The product portfolio also includes rubber parts and applications for the electrical industry. Overall, the production plant in the Czech Republic currently employs around 500 people.
K4 a.s. elaborated project documentation of the production halls and executed the author supervision on the construction site, the project manager was Ing. Roman Havlišta.
