NEUGRAF

A residential complex designed by BOGLE ARCHITECTS architectural studio has been built in Smíchov on the site of the former Václav Neubert printing office in Prague. In addition to housing, the complex offers its residents a reception, wellness, café, shared laundry, underground parking, and a hub for work and meetings. 

 

For this project, our company prepared the complete design documentation for the pre-completion alteration, the documentation for the selection of the contractor, and the documentation for the execution of the construction. We also provided the engineering, i.e., negotiating and securing a final permit for the change of construction prior to completion.
