The Hamburg Business Center project is situated in the Pilsen district of the same name between U Prazdroje and Klicperova streets, in close proximity to the design hotel Angelo.
The Hamburg Business Center consists of two separate buildings that together offer more than 7,000 m2 of office space and 358 m2 of retail space. The tenants of the administrative part of the building will have 96 parking spaces on two underground floors. In a smaller four-storey building there are 20 atypical apartments for sale.
The seven-storey office building, based on a triangular plot of land, architecturally follows the existing Angelo Hotel. It is an ideal company background for small and large size businesses. The top of the triangle is dominated by an aluminum column-glazed glass facade, which is also used on the ground floor and the top-most floor. The main facades are then completed with full walls with vertical windows. The office building is reminiscent of an ocean-going ship. From this building there is a beautiful view of the historic building of the Pilsen brewery.
The apartment building is also based on a triangular ground plan and from the city's request for pedestrian passes through the entire area. The house is designed with plastered surface and aluminum and plastic windows. The pleasant bonus of the apartments is a wonderful view of the historical center of Pilsen, especially from the highest floors.
